Plastic Injection Molding
We have an extensive range of moulding machines ranging from 40 ton to 1300 ton. We are experienced with over 200 types of engineered plastic resins with max. 40% Glass Filled. We are also specialized in Gas Assist Injection Moulding, Insert / Over Moulding, and Transparent Polycarbonate Moulding.
Box-build Assemblies

PTD has Stamping Press range from 110 ton to 300 ton, which is why we are flexible in producing High Volume Machinery Panels, Structure, Tube and Metal Component using various material such as Cold/Hot Rolled Steel, Electro Galvanized Steel (SECC), Pre-Nickel Steel, Aluminium, Stainless Steel & Copper.
Sheet Metal Fabrication
With the Fibre Laser Cutting and Press Brake machine, we are able to produce low volume using various metals and alloys depending on the desired properties of the finished product, such as strength, durability, and corrosion resistance.
